About
A native of Dallas, TX, I will move to the company's location to continue the owner's work building an outstanding business.
Previously, I worked for Audax Group, a private equity firm in Boston, and Distribution International, a building products distributor in Houston. I have extensive experience helping organizations manage their most difficult challenges.
I graduated from Duke University and have an MBA from Harvard Business School, and I serve on the board of Wesley-Rankin Community Center, a nonprofit focused on improving the lives of the West Dallas community.
Investment Criteria
I am looking full-time to acquire a business that will become the sole focus of my career. I have personal relationships with investors who will fund the investment.

Annual revenues between
$3 - $30 million.
Annual profit 10% or higher.
Operating History
A stable track record of long-term profitability.
Customers
No customer represents more than 20% of annual revenues.
Ownership
Current owner is ready to transition out of the business.
